After getting a quotation from our team, you can choose your preferred logistic method to fulfill your order. There are many different shipping methods to choose from. Yunexpress, Yanwen, 4PX,CNE,DHL,Fedex and others. Generally if you choose to work with Unifydropshipping, we will recommend the best shipping method to you according to our experience.

You can pay via T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, Payoneer, Credit Card and Wise.

  1. The parcel is lost or more than 30 days the tracking numbers don’t update.
  2. The product has quality problems or broken during product transportation, Your customer should tell us within 7 days from the date of receipt (Provide a video describing the problem).
  3. We send wrong product or wrong quantity.
  4. We delayed to ship the parcel more than 7 working days(Except if the factory is out of stock or the reason for the delay is not informed in advance)
  5. Regarding product selection, it is recommended to buy samples to confirm the quality. If your customer does not like it, we cannot provide a refund.
  1. On the selection of product, try to choose small size and light weight product, the shipping fee will cheap,  your price will be lower, so you can get more orders.
  2. If the product contains large capacity batteries, liquids, powders, etc., there will be many logistical limitations. So, try to avoid these attributes. But we also have many special line can process the product wiht these attributes. Just keep contact with Unify Customer manager.
  3. Most logistics companies cannot send packages with a length of more than 65cm. If the size is too large and the weight is light , the logistic company will charge us according to the size, the shipping fee will very expensive.
  4. Try not to sell too many kinds of products. With too much variety, it can be very difficult to stock up in advance, it will increase your cost.

Processing time is about 1~3days, Shipping time is about 7-15days or 3-8days.

Yes, we have our own quality inspection department, our quality inspectors will randomly check each batch of goods and fill a report with the results. We can also provide pictures and videos of the quality control. Different prices have different quality of products, especially electronic products. We recommend buying samples to confirm the quality. We can only check the appearance and whether it can be turned on and off normally. As for whether it can meet your customer's expectations, we cannot judge. We can only give you some suggestions based on feedback from past customers.

How to process your orders?

  2. We will make a bill for you according you orders.
  3. When you finish the payment , we will purchase the products right now.
  4. When the goods arrived at our warehouse , we will package them and ship them out as soon as possible

  2. The shipping fee is calculated according to the weight and size of the package.
  3. If the package size is large and the product is very light, the logistics company will calculate the shipping fee based on the size.
