When you agreed and opened the warehouse service, that means you accepted our terms of service.
Service Introduction – Terms And Conditions
We provide several services:
– Dropshipping using a DDU incoterm.
If for some packages there is a VAT duty to some countries, please let your customers contact the customs to pay the fees (or please do it yourself). 99% of the time, dropshipping doesn’t have any taxes, but be careful with it if it happens, it won’t be our responsibility (since we are using DDU incoterm) and we won’t refund the customer nor return another product unless it is paid again.
– A local warehouse in USA (we provide 3PL): We can import your products in DDP incoterm (tax, custom clearance and any administrative detail is our responsibility), and ship directly from our local warehouse in the USA, it is fast (1 – 3 days).
– Product sourcing, supply and customization.
Detailed Steps:
-Products supply:
1) We will provide you an invoice with the product price and shipping price, and also the time it takes to order the product from our factory and receive it to our warehouse.
Then we will book products directly to our factories (so you will have the best prices) according to your needs.
If later the customers refund the parcel because of a bad quality, it is not our responsibility (unless you order an extra quality check insurance from us, which we recommend you to get for more expensive products).
Before booking your products, we always order a sample to check the quality from factories, and provide you with suggestions to ensure that you can get better products and have less issues with your customers while optimizing your margins.
2) If requested we can customize the products for you, and send you samples when the prototype is ready.
You can tell us if you like it so we can book more stock. If you don’t want to receive samples, just let us show you picture and video to check if you like it, later if customers don’t like it and refund, it is not our responsibility.
-Shipping service:
1)We will use our private shipping lines or select a high quality line to make sure the parcels deliver fast and that there is a lot of safety during the transportation of the products.
2)If the address provided by your customer is incorrect, or that there are taxes/VAT duty and that it cannot deliver, it is not our responsibility. We have paid our factories and shipped the products.
2) If the parcel is lost or that our factories didn’t ship the product to us on time, it is our responsibility, we will resend the parcel, or refund the product and shipping price to you if needed.
3)If the products are not working or arrived broken, we will resend the parcel, or refund product and shipping price to you.
-Payment, refunds and returns
1)When we start with a new customer, we need the customer to pay 100% of the invoice before we book the stock and ship the products.
2)After we have some transactions history and some trust built with sellers (around $10,000 ordered with us), we can provide a net 15 or net 30 to help you grow more easily thanks to a better cashflow.
3)As stated before, we won’t refund you nor return packages for free if:
– The address provided by the customer was not correct.
– The customer did not like the quality or product. Unless the product arrived broken.
– If there are taxes or VAT duty.
– If customers don’t like a customized product.
Unless you subscribe to a Quality Check guarantee for your product.
4)If you want a refund or return of package for your customer, you always have to provide a proof (picture or video) to prove that the product was broken/damaged or did not work.
5)We accept payments on Paypal, Payoneer or bank transfer.
We have a bank account in the USA and Europe to ensure that there are less fees (SEPA and SWIFT). The fees on Paypal are 4%, fees on Payoneer 1%.
The amount of money arriving on our account should be exactly the same as stated on the invoice, so please take this into account, there might be extra-fees if you use bank transfer.
Please print this document, write “I agree to terms”, sign and write the date, and send a copy to us.
